Order Processing and Shipping within Canada

• All orders are processed by the next business day at the latest (excluding weekends and holidays)
• Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with order details. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folder first before contacting us
• If you require assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at sales@ctrlzit.co
• Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (minus the shipping fee and return fees by the courier). We can resend your order, but you will have to pay for the shipping fee again. So please ensure your address is correct before checking out.
• All orders shipped in Canada will be charged a flat rate of $8 for orders below $50
• All orders above $50 will be shipped for free!
